Riders can bring their fanciest Big Wheel, tricycle, or other pedal powered vehicle and cruise the ARC Track! Halloween props will be set up for an exciting haunted ride and great photo ops for parents! Tons of prizes and awards will be given to all riders and mileage will be recorded. All equipment must be clean and approved by event staff before entering the track surface.  Absolutely no bicycles! Track is closed to walkers/joggers during event.
