The Kid’s Safety Education Workshop is Saturday October 20, 2012 at the Home Depot in Columbia. This free event is open to families and children of all ages! The MU Helicopter and Columbia Fire Department will attend, and MODOT is bringing a motorized crash vehicle and Buckle Bear. The Columbia police will be on hand with McGruff the Crime Dog, fingerprinting kits, and more. Inside, kids will have a choice of workshop kits, and the opportunity to have their faces painted and photos taken.
